Pedro DeJesús is a Chicago-born and -raised global business executive, corporate board member, and lifelong music enthusiast whose career bridges corporate leadership and community empowerment. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team for a Chicago-based multinational beverage business, Pedro oversees global operations across more than 35 countries,
driving growth, transformation, and inclusive leadership.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Pedro’s roots in music run deep. A former DJ, he has long recognized the transformative power of music to connect people, inspire creativity, and foster community. Pedro’s belief in purpose-driven strategy and inclusive leadership makes him a dedicated advocate for initiatives that amplify diverse voices and build bridges that inspire,
uplift, and transform communities. He is particularly committed to empowering young people through mentorship, cultural arts, and community engagement.
Pedro currently serves on several private and public corporate boards, including Lake Forest Bank & Trust Co. N.A. (a Wintrust Financial Bank, NASDAQ: WTFC) and Tampico Beverages,Inc. He also serves on numerous civic boards, including the Latino Corporate Directors Association and the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry.
